Pension Plan
CARE's pension plan is designed to help you build a strong financial base for retirement and reduce your taxes. Company contributions start at the beginning of the first full quarter after one year of service.

Tuition Assistance Program
CARE offers this benefit to staff who have been with the organization for at least one year. If your classes support present or planned job responsibilities, you may qualify for reimbursement costs (tuition and books).
Parental Leave
Recognizing the needs of new parents, CARE offers staff (male and female) with at least 12 consecutive months and 1250 hours of employment 25 days paid leave, following the birth or adoption of a child.
