| CARE Ecuador's SINCHIRUNA project - Strengthening disaster preparedness and response capacities in the provinces of Chimborazo and Canar, with an emphasis on indigenous population - aims to increase the resilience of vulnerable communities, community leaders, parish boards, cantonal and provincial EOCs and institutions in the provinces of Chimborazo and Canar by building their disaster preparedness and response and risk reduction capabilities. This project benefits 7,554 men, women and children of 17 indigenous communities located in Riobamba, Colta and Canar cantons. |
