| The goal of CARE's emergency response to flooding is to protect human life and basic means of living in Gonaives and surrounding areas. CARE will distribute emergency stock in Gonaives including sugar, toothpaste and toothbrushes, laundry soap and shampoo in the temporary shelters. Water bottles, biscuits and canned fish will be purchased and distributed to 14,400 beneficiaries in shelters. Our staff will also conduct an assessment and help PAM with the distribution of 7 T of biscuits and 60,000 bottles of water. |
