CARE is the operator for the Government of Mali's Communal Advising Centers (CCC) in the districts of
Bankass and Macina. Through this program, CARE provides technical support and ongoing advice to Mali's young
communes as they put in place communal development plans and seek to ensure the development of public
infrastructure and the provision of basic social services. Through the CCCs, CARE seeks to accompany the process
of decentralization, ensuring that, in addition to formal short-term technical assistance and capacity building,
communes have access to ongoing informal support and collaborative capacity building. |
