“Puits pour la Paix†project aims to strengthen the communal authorities and local organizations and improve decentralization application. The strategic options to establish the link between three structural and institutional lading : I) Local populations overcome, and civil society and public actors agree to promote participation and equality in decisions regarding local resource management. II) Marginalized people are effectively represented in civil society organizations and participate in the decision making processes. III) Vulnerable and marginalized populations have more access to water and sanitation services.
Goal: “By december 2010 Timbuktu and Goundam districts actors will be collaboreted effectively to ensure that 2500 poor and marginalized householders have access to water and pastures.â€
Targeted participants:
1. Farmers and cattle farmers;
2. 2500 women ;
3. 100 youngest cattle farmers ;
4. The leaders of 50 community organizations |
