| CARE El Salvador will train the personnel who administer the 20 rural potable water systems so that they will be able to provide better service to their users. The improvement management will lead to improved performance of the infrastructure in quantity and quality of water provided to each home. Special attention to sanitary use of latrines and disposal of gray water will improve the health of the population in general, but especially for children under five years of age. | |
