| Project Description: |
| CARE El Salvador will train the personnel that are currently administrating the 30 systems of rural drinking water so they can better manage the presentation of services to their users. This improvement in management will result in regular water service from the installed capacity of the infrastructure. Training in the use of latrines and disposal of waste water will result in improved health for the population in general and particularly in children under five years of age. |
