| The Returnee Youth Reintegration Program includes two inter-linked components: Enterprise Based Vocational Training (EBVT) and Micro Credit (MC). The program will provide vocational, literacy and numeracy skills training to 200 returnee youth in Somaliland. Graduates of the vocational training will be eligible to receive loans from a revolving loan fund managed by a Somali NGO. It is expected that the youth and their families will have sufficient commitment to sustain the youth during their training and that the drop out rate will be minimal. CARE will be targeting youth returning from neighbouring countries, as well as from the Netherlands. | |
