| CARE Tajikistan's Creating an Enabling Environment for Improving Sexual and Reproductive Health for Youth Project (SRHP) aims to improve the sexual and reproductive health of 350,000 youths between 10 and 24 years of age in Dushanbe city and the Yovon and Vahdat districts by July 2009. Access to youth-friendly clinical, counselling and outreach services increased, improved individual knowledge, attitudes and key behaviours of youth on sexual and reproductive health and improved policy and social environment for youth sexual and reproductive health. CARE will provide Provide technical support to local NGOs to expand outreach services, including peer to peer counselling and establish eight quality Youth-Friendly Clinics, 30 Youth-Friendly Counselling and Outreach Services. By July 2009, the project will improved the sexual and reproductive health of 350 000 youths between 10 and 24 years of age in Dushanbe city and Yovon and Vahdat districts. |
