| CARE's strong history in child survival programming will strengthen CARE in Tanzania's capacity in maternal and child health through CRHP. In addition, CRHP will enchance CARE International's capacity in partnership and institutional strengthening. The CARE program in Tanzania, as a new country program, exemplifies CARE's strategic focus on partnership. CRHP involves developing capacity in the public and private sector as a means of establishing an improved and locally sustainable maternal health system. |
