| To support continuing developemnt of the household livelihood security portfolio and CARE Tanzania's partnering capabilities, CARE Tanzania will implement rapid food and livelihood security assessments in Dar es Salaam and Kagera Regions, inventory potential partner organizations in the lake zone regions and greater Dar es salaa, and will adapt household livelihood security tools for use in project design, monitoring and evaluation of the projects. The impact of these activities will be new and on-going projects that 1. build on the foundation of a solid understanding of household livelihood security constraints 2. are developed and implemented in collaboration with effective partner and 3. develop systems to enable projects to monitor project performance and impact at the target beneficiary level. | |
