Mike Isabella is a Washington, DC-based chef and restaurateur owner of Italian-inspired small plates restaurant Graffiato; Northern Greek concept restaurants, Kapnos and its sister restaurant Kapnos Taverna; G by Mike Isabella and Pepita, a Mexican Cantina in Ballston, VA. Mike is also looking to open several other restaurants in Virginia and Maryland in 2016. In 2012, Mike was named FOOD & WINE magazine’s The People’s Best New Chef Mid-Atlantic. Mike appeared on Season Six of “Top Chef” and he was the runner-up on “Top Chef All-Stars.” His first cookbook, Mike Isabella’s Crazy Good Italian, was released in 2012.
