The conference brings together tens of thousands of people from all over the world to address the key issues surrounding the HIV/AIDS pandemic. CARE International is sending a delegation of HIV/AIDS experts to host a panel discussion entitled "Mobile Populations -- Promoting Rights and Civil Society to Reduce Vulnerability to HIV." Stephen Lewis, United Nations Special Envoy for HIV/AIDS in Africa, will moderate the discussion. CARE's panelists are from countries where HIV/AIDS rates are the highest, including Lesotho, Niger and Haiti.
