Public Radio International (PRI) aired an extensive interview with Bushra Alkdukhainah, a CARE Yemen staffer, that detailed life in the war-torn country. “There’s no more safe place in Yemen to stay in,” she says. “I mean, the conflict is reaching out to every place in Yemen: every village, every single place.” Listen to the story here.

Bushra also spoke to NPR, providing a hard-to-ignore account of crisis there. While mainstream media largely ignores Yemen, Bushra describes the devastating violence that killed her son’s best friend. Listen to the NPR story here
