Allen Clinton is CARE's press officer for Latin America and the Caribbean, based in Atlanta. He travels through the region, documenting CARE's emergency relief and self-help development programs. He was a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras and has an M.A. degree in Latin American Studies.
