Kay Kay Pfeiffer is the senior advisor in CARE's Learning and Organizational Development Unit. She also managed the research library for her first three years at CARE. Over the past year, she has facilitated workshops for CARE in Sri Lanka, Nepal and India. Kay has a doctorate from the Center for International Education at the University of Massachusetts.

While in Nepal, Karen and Kay facilitated four writing workshops for local CARE staff.

Karen Robbins is a writer in CARE's Program Services and Information Unit, based in Atlanta. Since joining CARE five years ago, she has traveled to Guatemala, Kosovo, Macedonia, Togo and Niger on writing assignments.
