Facts

A woman gives birth in a temporary shelter, the bare ground covered in trash.
Without medicine.

Millions of barefooted people in mud laden with sharp objects.
Without shoes.

Families heaped on top of one another, completely crammed.
Without a roof.

The children of Haiti in the ravaged streets.
Without school.

Sweaty bodies, parched mouths.
Without water.

Vacant stomachs.
Without food.
