One student's experience working with CARE Ecuador
Chloe Bobar grew up in the small New Hampshire town of Charlestown and graduated from Fall Mountain Regional High School in June 2010. She's now living in rural Ecuador and working with CARE as a Fellow with the nonprofit organization Global Citizen Year (GCY).
GCY is building a movement of young Americans who engage in a transformative "bridge year" between high school and college by partnering with NGOs, including CARE, around the world. Currently, GCY has 33 Fellows serving in Guatemala, Senegal, Brazil and Ecuador.

We at CARE are excited about partnering with this fantastic organization and look forward to sharing Chloe's stories about her work to improve maternal health among indigenous women. Stay tuned for more!
