A Taste of Mozambique

Each year, hunger and malnutrition kill more people than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined. However, communities are joining together to lift themselves out of poverty and create lasting change for their families and generations to come.

In August 2015, Chefs Cat Cora, Carla Hall, Antonia Lofaso, and Spike Mendelsohn traveled to Mozambique with CARE to bring the story of global hunger back to home.

Join our chefs in their fight to end global hunger by preparing a delicious and nutritious dish inspired by their journey to Mozambique. Bon appetit!
