More than 2.5 million Syrian refugees fleeing Syria's civil war, currently live in Turkey. Nearly 90 percent of those are living outside of traditional refugee camps, struggling to survive with little to no income. This PBS NewsHour piece examines their plight and what CARE is doing to help including an innovative voucher program, or a modern day CARE Package, that helps Syrian refugees get much-needed supplies.
