“Humanitarian funding is a matter of life and death.” — Michelle Nunn, CARE President and CEO
The global hunger crisis continues to worsen. In a recent report, United Nations agencies projected that food insecurity is going to increase around the world over the next few months. This emergency jeopardizes the future of so many people — especially women and girls.
With ongoing conflicts in places like Ukraine, Syria, and Sudan, more women and families are struggling to access the food they need to survive. CARE is striving to raise $250 million through our Food Equals Future campaign that ensures women have the resources they need to lift their families and their communities out of hunger and poverty.
We must take decisive action to end this hunger crisis and prevent future emergencies like this one. Please, give as generously as you can today and help save as many lives as possible.
