The FORTUNA project aims to establish alliances between small producers, their respective communities, and socially responsible private businesses in order to improve access to national and international markets, improved product quality and the capacity for stock-piled production.
The specific objective of this project is to generate a culture of quality in production and consumption by linking local prickly pear producers with international export-import companies, which will allow producers to obtain a fair price for a quality product. |
