| Project Description: |
The purpose of this project is to: identify and support victims and to permit marginalized girls a new direction in their lives and their reintegration into society; construct learning processes with CARE and its partners in new areas such as the marginalization of girls, social tolerance and the denial of rights; strengthen organizational and social learning, and the sharing of successful experiences from within the communities.
The main focus of RENACER/PCTFI is geared at empowering the communities in order to identify and support the victims and permit marginalized girls a new direction in their lives and their re-integration into society. Lessons learned will be drawn from efforts in the past and current learning processes, both by CARE and its associates; will move into new areas such as the marginalization of girls, social tolerance in the denial of rights, and the lack of quality educational opportunities in semi-urban areas. |
