The EQUIP2-Honduras MIDEH Project's objective is to improve the results in achieving the EFA Plan targets and those of the Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRE) in 12 departments of the country, which requires important improvements in academic performance indicators (Spanish and Math), lower repetition rates by grade (especially in the first years of primary education), lower school dropout rates by grade, and increased percentage of students graduating from the sixth grade age 12 or under.
In line with this objective, the CRS-CARE consortium and CCF, will implement the IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL MANAGMENT PROJECT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF EFA AND PRE TARGETS in the departments of Atlandida, Colon and Islas de la Bahia and in Choluteca and Valle, Olancho and Yoro, Comayagua and Cortés as partners. |
