Need a tax receipt?

Calendar-year tax summaries will be mailed via USPS in January to the address we have on file. If you do not receive yours by late February, you can fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

If you are looking for a receipt for a specific gift, note that all online gifts get immediately receipted (check your Spam folder.) If you still need a receipt, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Where does CARE work?

CARE works in more than 100 countries, implementing long-term programs to fight poverty, responding to humanitarian emergencies, and advocating for policy change to improve the lives of people facing poverty.

How can I donate to CARE?

How can I or my company partner with CARE for fundraising opportunities?

There are many ways your company can partner with CARE:

How can I make changes to my recurring donation?

You can cancel your recurring gift for any reason by visiting CARE’s Partners for Change Service Center at this link.

Simply look up your account via the email you used when making your donation (as the “user name”) and you will be able to cancel immediately. If you don’t remember your password, simply use your donation email and select “Forgot Password” to reset/create a new password.

If for some reason this does not work for you, we’d really appreciate the chance to help before you contact your bank, since this leads to fees for CARE.

For any other requests pertaining to your recurring donations, such as a change in amount or payment date, or updating your payment method, fill out the form below or call us at 1-800-422-7385. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.
