CARE has been working in a partnership arrangement with ASAP Mutare since mid 2002 with the objective
of providing ASAP the technical assistance it needs to administer, manage and implement a community-managed
savings and lending scheme similar to CARE's RMFP. The technical assistance is provided to ASAP for fees to
cover costs, and includes (depending on need) staff training, management training, systems establishment and tools design.
