Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, last year CARE raised $2.5M to fight poverty! See how we did it:

Through events like the Impact Awards Dinner, CARE continues to build strong foundational support from global-minded corporate investors and individual philanthropists who are motivated by our most forward-thinking, innovative work and bold vision.

CARE's work directly impacts girls like Salala, age 10, pictured above. Salala lives in a village in Niger on the edge of the Sahel in west Africa. Her parents are part of a community feeding program CARE operates in the region that teaches mothers of children at risk of malnutrition how to prepare more nutrient-rich foods when options are as severely limited as they are in the Sahel due to drought. CARE has worked throughout Niger for three decades helping communities through a variety of programs. In 2018 CARE supported 15.6 million people around the world with similar programs to increase their food security and resilience. (Photo: Josh Estey/CARE)
