Sarah Taylor Peace is the Chief Revenue Officer at CARE, where she leads all fundraising and revenue development strategies to grow CARE’s mission and impact. Under Sarah’s leadership, CARE has grown annual revenue by more than 60%, introduced new partnership offers and funding channels, and added more than 250,000 new donors to the cause.
With 30 years of senior leadership experience, Sarah has driven significant change at leading nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and the U.K.; before CARE, she held leadership roles at Time to Change, Age UK, Samaritans, and Rethink Mental Illness. Her expertise spans fundraising across private and institutional channels, capital and comprehensive fundraising campaigns, revenue diversification, brand and marketing, and behavioral change initiatives. She serves on the National Nonprofit Advisory Board and was previously on the Steering Group of the International Fundraising Leadership Forum.
