Jonathan Arogeti, CARE's Emergency Response Lead in the Caribbean, spoke to Accuweather on how CARE and its partners on the ground in Jamaica were preparing ahead of Hurricane Melissa's landfall. CARE has been prepositioning first aid and hygiene supplies; emergency food rations; clean water; water treatment kits; and shelter supplies.
