Léa Dudum is a growth leader and entrepreneur who specializes in building ideas into thriving businesses. Over the past decade, she has served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple founder-led brands, scaling early-stage startups into nationally recognized names. Léa started her career in Corporate Banking and was a management consultant at Accenture, where she focused on strategy and operational efficiency for Fortune 100 companies. She is currently establishing the Andrew and Léa Dudum Foundation while maintaining active involvement with organizations including the ACLU, Justice Democrats, the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), and the Institute for Middle East Understanding (IMEU). She is especially interested in how technological innovation and cross-sector collaboration can accelerate solutions in early childhood education, digital health access, and sustainability. Léa graduated with honors from the University of Chicago and lives in San Francisco.
