Monica Rowe is a globally recognized marketing and communications leader known for building brands that move people to action. With a career spanning top global consumer brands and mission-driven organizations, Monica brings a rare blend of creative vision, operational rigor, and deep human insight to every room and stage she enters.

As Chief Marketing Officer at CARE, Monica oversees global media relations, creative and content strategy, digital and social marketing, events, internal communications, and entertainment partnerships. Her work focuses on strengthening CARE’s reputation as a trusted global NGO while redefining how humanitarian stories are told ethically, powerfully, and with dignity.

Prior to CARE, Monica served as Chief Marketing Officer of the One Love Foundation, where she helped elevate a national movement focused on relationship health and the prevention of domestic violence among young people. Her career journey includes leading marketing and communications for some of the world’s most influential consumer brands, including Sephora, Bath & Body Works, and Eileen Fisher. She has earned multiple industry awards and internal recognition for her ability to clarify voice, sharpen narrative, and drive growth through purpose-led storytelling.
