Rasik Winfield is a Senior Program Manager on CARE’s Learning Tours team, with over a decade of experience in international development, policy advocacy, and political engagement. He has been with CARE since 2023 and currently leads on external stakeholder engagement, trip design and execution, and congressional delegation recruitment for the Learning Tours program. Prior to CARE, Rasik spent several years in India, where he worked with both grassroots and international NGOs to promote the right to health, education, and a decent livelihood through both program implementation and policy advocacy. He also has experience in electoral politics and local organizing in his home state of Georgia. Rasik holds an MA in Global Affairs from Yale University and a BA in Philosophy from the College of William & Mary, where he graduated summa cum laude.
