CNC Scavenger Hunt

Welcome to the 2022 CARE National Conference Scavenger Hunt! We're so excited you have decided to join us and share your experience at #CARECon on social media. This experience is meant to amplify awareness for the work that our advocates are doing to end global poverty and advance gender equality.

Let the advocacy games begin! This scavenger hunt consists of 6 challenges using your personal Twitter and/or Instagram account. We encourage you to complete the challenges alongside other CARE Action advocates (maximum group of 5). Each challenge is worth 5 points and must be completed in order to qualify to choose from a collection of handmade scarves made by CARE program participants in Bangladesh, or exclusive CARE swag. Remember to tag CARE on each challenge and happy hunting!

Challenge 1

Take a picture of your scavenger hunt group in front of Capitol Hill and upload it to Twitter or Instagram.

Tag @careorg on Instagram or @CARE on Twitter

Add location to show followers you are on Capitol Hill

Share in the post copy what you are passionate about advocating for at CNC (women and girls, global food security, ending COVID-19).

Add #CAREcon

Tag at least one member of Congress you are meeting with today

Challenge 2

Take a picture of yourself in front of Constitution Avenue and upload it to Twitter or Instagram.

Tag @careorg for Instagram or @CARE on Twitter

Tell your followers what you would have added to the U.S. Constitution and ask them what they would have added. Add #CARECon

Challenge 3

Create a quiz on the most surprising fact you learned about the global food crisis on Instagram Story or Twitter and tag @careorg on Instagram or @CARE on Twitter

Add #EndHunger #CARECon

Tag the other members in your scavenger hunt group

Challenge 4

Find and take a picture at the Peace Monument. Upload it to Twitter or Instagram.

Add a location to show your followers you are on Capitol Hill

In the post copy, answer the following question: What does the Peace Monument mean to you at this point in time?

Add #StandWithUkrainians and tag @careorg on Instagram or @CARE on Twitter

 

Challenge 5

Find a CARE staffer and ask them what they do at CARE. Record a video of their answer and post on  Instagram or Twitter.

Challenge 6
