Budget Cuts Compromise National Security

CNN.com cited a CARE National Conference panel on national security quoting Michele Flournoy, CARE board member and Ret. Adm. Michael Mullen. Flournoy, a former defense official in the Obama Administration, said it was “hard to imagine something more harmful to national security than Trump budget foreign aid cuts.”
