TIME featured an online op-ed from Michelle Nunn, CARE’s president and CEO about the importance of making the #MeToo movement global. CARE launched a campaign #ThisIsNotWorking, calling for the International Labor Organization to create a global convention against sexual harassment in the workplace “so the world makes clear that freedom from sexual abuse at work is as fundamental as the right to a bathroom break, an eight-hour day or overtime pay,” Nunn wrote.
