About Us

CARE Women's Network is galvanizing and growing an active community of women ambassadors committed to enhancing CARE's strategic and interconnected efforts to alleviate poverty and empower women and girls in 90 countries worldwide. Donations to the CARE Women’s Network directly support CARE’s advocacy efforts which complement CARE’s work on the ground by multiplying impact and lifting up those in greatest need. CARE’s advocacy supports the efforts of poor women, girls and families by promoting policies that improve U.S. foreign assistance programs creating a ripple effect that impacts their daily lives.

As a member of the CARE Women’s Network – Atlanta, you’ll be able to:

  • Impact the lives of women and girls by supporting CARE’s mission of eradicating poverty
  • Advocate on Capitol Hill and elsewhere to forward CARE's goals of empowering women and girls
  • Support and visit selected CARE projects that impact the lives of women and girls
  • Network with a diverse group of people with a common focus of improving the lives of women and girls around the world
  • Learn from experts on topics concerning global development and how to make a difference
  • Educate yourself and others on issues important to CARE and the global community
  • Participate in unique experiences and gain insights through our relationship with CARE, its staff and its program participants around the world

 

Membership Levels

$1,000 (Member):

  • 3 to 4 issue-specific events with networking opportunities
  • 1 to 2 VIP receptions at larger CARE events
