About Us

The CARE Women's Network - Atlanta is galvanizing a growing and active community of women who are committed to enhancing CARE's strategic efforts to alleviate poverty and empower women and girls in 94 countries worldwide.

CARE Women’s Network - Atlanta members support CARE through personal philanthropy and a deep commitment to being educated and involved in the issues that will permit CARE to achieve its vision of eradicating global poverty in our lifetimes.

Members become our partners and help to provide the support CARE needs while enjoying exclusive and meaningful opportunities to learn, to advocate, to network, and to be a part of something special—women empowering other women.

As a member of the CARE Women’s Network – Atlanta, you’ll be able to:

  • Impact the lives of women and girls by supporting CARE’s mission of eradicating poverty
  • Advocate on Capitol Hill and elsewhere to forward CARE's goals of empowering women and girls
  • Support and visit selected CARE projects that impact the lives of women and girls
  • Network with a diverse group of people with a common focus of improving the lives of women and girls around the world
  • Learn from experts on topics concerning global development and how to make a difference
  • Educate yourself and others on issues important to CARE and the global community
  • Participate in unique experiences and gain insights through our relationship with CARE, its staff and its program participants around the world


Membership Levels

$1,000 (Member):

  • 3 to 4 issue-specific events with networking opportunities
  • 1 to 2 VIP receptions at larger CARE events

$5,000 (Investor)
Everything at the $1,000 level, plus:

  • Invitation to an intimate gathering with CARE's CEO, Michelle Nunn
  • Discounted registration at the CARE National Conference

$10,000 (Partner)
Everything at the $1,000 and $5,000 levels, plus:

  • Invitation to dinner with CARE's CEO, Michelle Nunn, and Board of Directors
  • Access to programs from the CARE Global Leaders Network: a Washington, DC based group of political and policy leaders with four annual embassy events

*Members will also have the opportunity to travel to the field with CARE to experience the impact of their support first-hand. First priority for travel will be given to $10,000 partners.
